Can I change my Learning Plan?
You can change your Learning Plan by accessing the Learning Plan page in your account. You will be able to change your Learning Plan by changing the frequency of the amount of classes you take.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
We do not accept payment by bank transfer. Please pay by credit card.
Which credit card do you accept?
We accept the following credit card: JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, DISCOVER
Will I get a refund if I cancel my class?
You will be able to reschedule your class 2 times before your class start time. Please note that your coins will be consumed if you cancel your class within 24 hours.
Is there a penalty for absence without notice?
Your coins will be consumed for any missed classes.
What if I am late for my class?
The teacher will be standing by during your class time (please note: the class will only be extended if there is a delay on the teacher’s end).
